View from the tower
Today was a nice day, so I decided to risk my life and climb the tower to give you a view from the top. The pictures are overlooking Saint Albain and the Saone River. I had to scale the outer wall of the tower just to capture these pictures.

The first cluster of roofs are those of the Chateau.
Okay, so maybe the bit about climbing the vines is a complete fabrication. Here is the actual path to the top of the tower.
